Roy Lowenstein, Principal of Lowenstein Development, LLC, is well versed in the varieties of tax credit projects developers are interested in based on his consulting experience and then as a developer over the past decade at Homeport, Buckeye Community Hope Foundation and The Woda Group, Inc. While his primary work at Woda was with projects already in the pipeline (resolving design, engineering and regulatory approvals), Roy served as primary developer while at Buckeye developing the project concept, preparing financial spreadsheets and tax credit and loan applications, arranging bank financing, working with architects, engineers, public officials, attorneys and others to move the project to closing and then serving as owner’s representative during construction and cost certification.
